Apple is preparing to unveil its own headset

To develop ARKit for Apple’s upcoming headset, the company has provided developers with APIs and tools that can be used to build augmented reality apps. Motion tracking, scene recognition, light sensing, and camera integration are all essential tools for developing and introducing augmented reality apps, as tracking what’s happening in the real world is another feature introduced with ARKit technology.
Another technology mentioned earlier is AR Quick Look. This is what AR tools use to place virtual objects in the real world around you. Properly scaling these objects and remembering their position relative to your device helps make them feel more real.
Over the years, ARKit has gotten better and better, with both small and large updates adding more features. The technology used in Apple’s new mixed reality headset is expected to be much more powerful than anything we’ve seen in other Apple products so far.
Apple’s new mixed reality headset is set to be unveiled on Monday, June 5th at the WWDC 2023 event, and we at Zoomit will be covering all the events and products announced at the event live.
